About Us
Sgt D's Coffee Beans is a veteran-owned coffee business based in Columbus, Indiana. Founder Darin Ness served in the military, including a deployment to Iraq in 2004–2005. After military service and years running a lawn care business, he turned a longtime love of coffee into a business built on faith, hard work, and service to the community.
Today, we serve coffee from our mobile trailer at local events and offer whole-bean coffee online. Check our Events page for upcoming stops.
Our Story
Faith, family, and coffee are at the heart of Sgt D's. With support from his wife Katie and their family, Darin built a business that brings people together over a good cup of coffee. You may see the family helping at the trailer—we look forward to serving you.
